Introducing Team Repair: The Repair Kit for Grown ups - our very first repair experience designed specifically for adults taking their first steps into electronic repair.


🔧 What’s included:

  • A dedicated space to practise the core skills needed for mobile phone repair, before you try on your own device.
  • A safe, risk-free hardware “repair playground” where mistakes are expected, and fear of breaking your own device is removed from the learning process.
  • Step-by-step guidance on essential repair techniques, including troubleshooting, opening devices, replacing components, and using tools correctly.

  1. Teach you how to diagnose and repair a phone from identifying faults to replacing parts
  2. Give you a safe, structured way to practise using real tools and hardware
  3. Remove the anxiety around repair and build true confidence to repeat the process on real devices

💷 A £15 refundable deposit is added at checkout

A £15 deposit is added at checkout, which is returned to you when you send the device back to us after completing your repair journey.

The deposit system allows us to recycle hardware for future learners, and helps keep the cost of the kit as accessible as possible.


🔧 Optional Tool Kit:

We offer one version with a toolkit and one without. If you choose the toolkit option, all tools are yours to keep, and the kit itself can be returned for reuse to reduce waste. The version without tools is ideal if you already have your own repair set.


♻️ How our rental works:

Here’s how it works: your Grown-Up Repair Kit is rented to you for a 3-month period, giving you plenty of time to explore, practice, and fix your phone at your own pace. A £15 deposit added at checkout secures your kit and is fully refunded when the kit items are returned in good condition. If you purchase the option with a toolkit, you do not need to return the toolkit - it is yours to keep!
