Refund policy

Returns

Returns are only possible if the kit has not been used and is returned within 7 days of receiving it. You must notify us first at support@team.repair before sending anything back.

To be eligible for a return, the kit must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Deposit Refund

A £10 deposit is included in the kit price. If the kit is returned in good condition within before 29th August 2025, we will refund this deposit amount.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
