What's the last day I can order for Christmas?
Order by midnight on 14th December to get your kit in time for Christmas Day.
I want to order now but give it on Christmas Day. How does scheduling work?
Their 3 months with the kit starts when it arrives, not when you order, so you can get organised early without losing any time. At checkout, tick "Schedule delivery for later?" and pick a preferred delivery date.
Delivery dates are estimated and can land a few days either side, so we recommend choosing a date a little ahead of when you plan to give it. To make sure everything arrives before Christmas, the latest delivery date you can choose is 18th December, and all Christmas orders must be placed by midnight on 14th December.
I'm buying for someone in another household. Who gets the emails?
At checkout, tick "Is this for another household?" and enter the email address of the family receiving the kit. Please use a parent or guardian's email, not the child's.
- You'll receive: your order confirmation and billing information.
- They'll receive: everything they need for the kit, including tracking, how to use it and how to return it.
We won't add them to our mailing list or send them any marketing.
I don't want the surprise spoiled when it arrives. Can you hide what it is?
We've got you! Our kit box clearly shows what's inside, so tick "Keep it a surprise? Send it in a plain mailing bag" at checkout. It'll arrive safe, unspoiled and ready to wrap.
Can I buy a one-off kit as a gift?
All our kits come as a subscription, with a new kit every 3 months. You can pause or cancel any time from your account, so you're never locked in. If you're gifting to another household and they'd like to carry on the subscription themselves, email us at support@team.repair and we'll help them set up their own subscription so they can carry on where they left off.
Do they need to send the kit back?
Send it back and we'll take £10 off the next subscription payment as a thank you! Every returned gadget is reused as many times as possible to cut electronic waste, so sending it back means they're doing their bit for the planet too.
If you've cancelled, they can still return the kit so it can be reused! Your £10 credit will stay in the account, ready to use if you ever decide to subscribe again.
Can I add a gift message?
This is not something we offer at the moment.
When will I be charged?
You pay for your first kit at checkout. Your next payment is taken 3 months after, or 3 months after your chosen delivery date if you've scheduled it for later. You can check your next billing date any time in your account, and we'll email you a reminder 2 days before each payment.
When does the next kit arrive?
Your next kit is sent 3 months after your first one is delivered, whether you chose standard delivery or scheduled it for a later date. You can pause or cancel any time before then from your account.
