Terms and Conditions

1. Application and Entire Agreement
1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the rental of goods (“Goods”) as part of a subscription service provided by Team Repair, a company registered in England and Wales under number 13815656, whose registered office is at Studio C06 94 Wallis Road, London, England, E9 5LN (“we,” “us,” or “Supplier”) to you, the subscriber (“you” or “Customer”).
1.2. These Terms and Conditions are accepted when you subscribe to our service and will constitute the entire agreement between us and you.
1.3. These Terms apply to the exclusion of any other terms that you may seek to impose or incorporate, or which may be implied by trade, custom, or practice.
2. Interpretation
2.1. A "business day" means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in England and Wales.
2.2. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
2.3. Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.
3. Deposit
3.1. A deposit is included in the subscription where specified on the product page.
3.2. The deposit is refundable if all Reusable parts of the Goods are returned in good condition by the return deadline shown on the product page or communicated via email.
3.3. Deposits will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days once returned Goods have been inspected and approved.
3.4. Late, incomplete, or damaged returns may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit.
4. Subscription Terms
4.1. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing as shown during checkout (e.g. monthly or annually), which will continue until cancelled.
4.2. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle using the payment method on file.
4.3. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us at hello@team.repair. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the current period after cancellation.
4.4. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date payment information. Failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of your subscription.
4.5. If your subscription includes physical Goods, you must return any Reusable items either:
a. at the end of the subscription, or
b. within 14 days of cancellation.
4.6. If you fail to return the Reusable Goods in time or in acceptable condition, you may be charged a replacement fee or forfeit your deposit.
4.7. We may update subscription pricing with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the subscription after notification constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
4.8. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel subscriptions at our discretion due to misuse, non-payment, or breach of these Terms.
5. Goods
5.1. Goods include Reusable and Consumable components. Consumables are typically single-use items (e.g. adhesives, paper) and are not expected to be returned.
5.2. Goods are provided on a rental basis. You do not gain ownership of any Goods, including those delivered as part of a subscription.
5.3. Descriptions of the Goods are as provided on our product pages or documentation. These are for guidance only and may be updated or changed to meet safety or compliance requirements.
6. Delivery
6.1. Delivery will be made to the address provided during checkout or as updated in your account.
6.2. Deliveries may take place any time between 8am and 6pm.
6.3. If delivery fails due to your fault (e.g. incorrect address, no access), we may charge additional fees to redeliver.
6.4. Delivery dates are estimates only. For presale products, delivery dates are indicative and subject to change. We are not liable for delays due to external factors, manufacturing timelines, or changes required to ensure product quality or safety.
6.5. Goods may be shipped in instalments depending on your subscription plan.
7. Presale Products
7A.1. Some products offered by Team Repair may be sold on a presale basis. Presale products are items that are not yet manufactured, finalised, or dispatched at the time of purchase.
7A.2. When purchasing a presale product, you acknowledge and agree that:
a. the product design, components, contents, or packaging may change prior to dispatch;
b. any images, descriptions, or specifications shown at the time of purchase are indicative only and may be updated for safety, usability, or supply reasons.
7A.3. Estimated shipping dates for presale products are non-binding estimates only. We aim to ship presale orders in Spring / Q2 (around May), however this date may change due to manufacturing, supply chain, testing, or logistical factors.
7A.4. We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of material changes to presale products or expected shipping timelines via email.
7A.5. Presale products will be dispatched once production is complete. Delays to presale shipping dates do not constitute a breach of contract.
8. Presale Cancellations and Refunds
8.1. You may request to cancel a presale order before the product has been dispatched by contacting us at hello@team.repair.
8.2. If a presale order is cancelled prior to dispatch, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
8.3. Once a presale product has been dispatched, standard return and refund terms apply.
8.4. We reserve the right to cancel and refund a presale order at any time prior to dispatch if we are unable to fulfil the order for any reason. In such cases, our liability is limited to a full refund of amounts paid.
9. Return of Goods
9.1. You are responsible for returning Reusable Goods in accordance with the return instructions provided and by the deadline communicated.
9.2. A collection date may be arranged in advance, and you must ensure the Goods are accessible between 8am and 6pm.
9.3. If we or our couriers miss the collection, we will arrange a new one within 7 days.
9.4. If collection fails due to your actions (e.g. no access or missing items), you may be charged for redelivery or replacement.
9.5. After three failed collection attempts, you may be charged up to twice the replacement value of the unreturned Goods.
10. Inspection and Acceptance of Goods
10.1. You must inspect Goods upon delivery and notify us within 14 days of any missing or damaged items.
10.2. We will only accept returns or refunds for defective Goods once we have verified the issue.
10.3. We are not liable for damages arising from misuse, neglect, unauthorised modification, or failure to follow instructions.
11. Risk and Title
11.1. Risk passes to you upon delivery.
11.2. Ownership of all Goods remains with us at all times.
11.3. At the end of your subscription, you must return the Goods. If not returned, we may take reasonable steps to recover them or charge you for replacement.
12. Termination
12.1. We may terminate your subscription if:
a. you breach these Terms;
b. you fail to pay;
c. you are declared bankrupt or insolvent.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1. Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid by you during the last 12 months.
13.2. We are not liable for:
a. indirect or consequential loss;
b. business or data loss;
c. your misuse or modification of the Goods;
d. events outside our control.
13.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.
14. Product Disclaimer
14.1. The Goods are not toys and are not intended for unsupervised use by children under 8 years old.
14.2. Adult supervision is required.
14.3. Tools and materials must be used only as described in the instructions provided.
14.4. We are not liable for injuries or damages resulting from use outside of intended purposes, including:
a. misuse of batteries;
b. incorrect use of tools.
14.5. We are not liable for any outcomes from applying knowledge gained through the Goods beyond their intended use.
15. Communications
15.1. All notices must be in writing and sent to the most recent contact details provided.
15.2. Notices are deemed delivered when:
a. sent by courier, on delivery;
b. sent by email, upon receipt confirmation;
c. sent by post, 5 business days after posting (UK), 10 for international.
16. Data Protection
16.1. We may process your personal data to manage your subscription.
16.2. You are the “data controller” and we are the “data processor” under UK GDPR.
16.3. We will only use your data for service delivery and not share it unless legally required or with authorised contractors.

17. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
17.1. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, and government actions.
18. No Waiver
18.1. A failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
19. Severance
19.1. If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.
20. Law and Jurisdiction
20.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
20.2. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
