Each kit comes with a broken gadget and all the tools your child needs to fix it.

They solve problems, handle tools safely, and gain confidence while fixing a real gadget.

3️⃣ Return it and receive the next challenge
Once fixed, send it back in the box with the prepaid label, and we send the next faulty gadget. That’s it!

What age are Team Repair kits best for?
We recommend ages 10-14, or 8+ with parental supervision.
Can I get Team Repair outside of the UK?
We are now distributed in the US and EU via iFixit! If out of stock, you can select "Notify me" to alert you when kits are available again.

Can I get Team Repair for my school or organisation?
Absolutely! Visit our schools page to find out more and submit a quote, or contact us directly at edu@team.repair.
Why do I have to return the kit?
Our mission has always been to reduce the amount of electronic waste created, both through teaching repair AND the way that our business runs. Therefore, we ask that you return the kits to us, so that we can 're-break' the gadgets and send them off to another family! That way, the same gadgets get reused over and over again to teach thousands of children repair.
How do I manage my subscription?
Select the account icon in the header of this page to access your account. From here, you will be able to see when your next kit is due, and manage your subscription status.
How do I get my deposit back?
Once you complete your repair activity, send the kit back using the provided shipping bag and label, and we will then refund your deposit! If you have signed up to the annual subscription, we will refund £10.00 each time a gadget is returned.
What happens if my child accidentally damages the gadget?
Repair is all about trial and error, and sometimes things don't go to plan or parts get damaged - all part of the learning curve! Just let us know at support@team.repair, and we will still refund your deposit.
